Blacksand products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
Once apparel products' "tags" have been removed or the clothing has been "used," the products will be considered "no longer new" and not eligible for return or refund.
Incorrect size items can be returned if the item remains with its original tags and in the same condition as purchased for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience issues receiving or downloading our products.
