
CLOSE PROTECTION OPERATOR COURSE - CPOC
Our seven-day course includes theory combined with practical training in the fields of close protection, defence, bodyguard duties, responsibilities, threat identification, executive and high-risk protection, actions on contact, evasive driving, firearms, tactics, and scenario-based training.

MOD 1 - CLASSROOM THEORY (2 DAYS)
MOD 2 - PRACTICAL TACTICS (1 DAY)
MOD 3 - DRY & LIVE FIREARMS (1 DAY)
MOD 4 - EVASIVE DRIVING (1 DAY)
MOD 5 - SCENARIOS / CONFIRMATION EXERCISE (2 DAYS)

What are the minimum requirements to attend CPOC?
- Must hold a valid G driver's license
- Must hold valid Security License/ First Aid
- Minimum 19 yrs of age
Close Protection (CP) Roles & Responsibilities
CP Operators deploy to dangerous locations and live and work for long periods in extremely challenging conditions. The Principal and team members must maintain the highest standards of professionalism and self-discipline at all times. Maturity, secrecy, discretion, and operational security are a must, as at times you are previewed to high-level conversations that may dictate future policy, law, or operations.
